What we collect

When you register for an event, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address and phone number
• Number of attendees, and for dinners, guest name and entrée selections
• Your selected event date and the general savings range you choose to share
• Your responses to attendance confirmation requests

How we use it

We use this information only to manage your registration: confirming your seat, sending reminders and directions, giving the venue an accurate head count and meal order, and following up about the event. Registration details are stored in our client relationship management system so our team can assist you.

Your phone number

Your phone number is used for event-related text messages and calls only. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Text messaging is delivered through our messaging provider solely to send the messages described in our SMS program terms. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run events — our email and text messaging providers and our CRM — and only as needed to deliver those services. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep registration records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our recordkeeping obligations as a Registered Investment Advisor. To request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it, call (256) 286-1784.
